Many contracts may create risk for the University , the other party or to a third party. The nature of the activities must be evaluated to insure that the contract adequately address these risks and evaluates whether appropriate insurance is in place or must be required. The office of Risk Management must review and approve contracts to ensure the appropriate provisions are in place.
